Tilt-Shift Technique 5

There are ways to do tilt-shift photography.  There are tilt-shift lenses you can purchase, which can cost up to several hundred dollars, or you could edit a regular picture in photo-editing software such as Photoshop or GIMP.  For all of my pictures, I edited them in Photoshop.
