Tilt-Shift Technique 4

The subject of this tilt-shift picture is the gas tank. Notice how this picture was taken from a high elevation.  In order for tilt-shift to work, the pictures must be taken from a high elevation.  The higher the elevation, the greater the tilt-shift effect works.
